The Experience That Inspired Chammah
Years before Chammah Cleaning Solutions existed, Kelly Lane had an experience that would quietly influence the way she thought about cleaning, hospitality, and service.
During a trip to the Cayman Islands, Kelly stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman — a property surrounded by the natural beauty of the Caribbean and defined by elegance, comfort, and exceptional attention to detail.
What impressed her was not simply that the property was clean.
It was the feeling that the cleanliness created.
Every space felt cared for. The common areas were beautifully maintained. Surfaces were immaculate. The rooms felt fresh, organized, and intentionally prepared. Even the smallest details contributed to an environment that felt calm, polished, and effortless.
And that was what stayed with Kelly.
The best cleaning, she realized, is not necessarily the cleaning people notice. It is the cleaning they feel.
